Living with bipolar disorder can feel overwhelming. Together, we’ll work to decode your mood cycles, identify early warning signs, and build routines that support emotional stability. I use evidence-based approaches including psychoeducation, CBT, and Interpersonal and Social Rhythm Therapy (IPSRT). I also help coordinate care with prescribers when needed. Whether you’re newly diagnosed or seeking to regain control after a setback, I’m here to help you track what matters, sleep, energy, nutrition, relationships, and build a treatment plan tailored to your goals.

My practice operates on a private-pay basis, allowing me to provide personalized care without the restrictions often imposed by insurance companies.
I do not accept insurance directly. However, I can provide a superbill upon request, which you may submit to your insurance provider for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
Depending on your insurance plan, you may be eligible for partial reimbursement. I encourage you to contact your insurance provider to verify your out-of-network mental health benefits before scheduling your first appointment.
